What Are Crowns?
By LootLadder · Published · Updated
Crowns are LootLadder’s reward currency for Raffle Entries. Approved Sponsored Offers and qualifying bonuses can add Crowns. XP is separate progression and cannot be spent.
Crowns are LootLadder's reward currency
Crowns are the balance you use for Raffle Entries on LootLadder. You earn them through qualifying product activities, including approved Sponsored Offers. When you successfully enter a Raffle, the required Crowns are deducted from your available balance.
Crowns and XP serve different purposes. Seeing a higher level or an XP increase does not mean that XP can be spent. When checking whether you can enter a Raffle, look at your Crowns and the cost shown for that Raffle.
How you earn Crowns
The primary route is Sponsored Offers. Start from Earn, read the offer's requirements, complete the activity, and allow for verification. An offer click or an unapproved reward does not add spendable Crowns.
LootLadder also has qualifying bonuses, such as daily mission and referral rewards. These depend on their own requirements; an invitation or an unfinished task should not be treated as an earned bonus. Check the relevant product screen rather than assuming every activity awards the same amount.
There is no need to understand every bonus system before getting started. The core journey is still an approved offer reward, followed by Crowns you can use for Entries.
Balance, available Crowns and history
Open Earning history from Earn to reach Crown history. The page separates several figures:
| Figure | What it helps you understand |
|---|---|
| Balance | The Crown balance currently recorded on your account. |
| Available | Crowns available for use on Entries, after any held amount. |
| Lifetime Earned | The total positive Crown activity recorded over time, not your current spending balance. |
| Held Crowns | Crowns currently held out of the available amount. |
Do not use Lifetime Earned as a spending limit: you may already have used some of those Crowns. If an amount is held, it is not available for Entries. For questions about a hold on an account you can access, use Support.
The Transactions section shows individual Crown changes with a description, date, amount and balance after the change. It includes approved offer rewards, qualifying bonuses, entry purchases and account adjustments. You can move through older pages of history when checking an earlier activity.
Spending Crowns on Entries
Each Raffle shows its own cost per Entry. The total cost depends on that cost and the quantity you choose. Before submitting, check the total shown and any entry limit.
The purchase must fit both your available balance and the Raffle's current capacity. If the Raffle closes or its remaining capacity changes, a quantity you selected earlier may no longer be accepted. A displayed quantity is not a completed purchase: look for your recorded Entries after submitting.

XP is separate
XP contributes to your level and progression. It cannot be spent on Entries and is not an alternative balance to draw from when your Crowns are low. LootLadder can award both Crowns and XP for an approved offer, but they remain separate product values.
When an expected reward is missing
First distinguish an offer you finished from a reward that has been approved and credited. Crown history records Crown changes; it does not prove that every external offer step has finished verification.
If you expected an approved reward and cannot find the change, compare your history with the offer name and dates you kept. Why Hasn't My Offer Credited Yet? explains useful checks and what to include in a Support request. Do not count a pending reward as available Crowns while deciding whether to enter a Raffle.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I see my Crown activity?
Use Earning history on Earn to open Crown history. It shows recorded Crown changes, dates, amounts and the balance after each change.
Can I spend a pending offer reward?
No. An expected or pending reward is not part of your available Crowns.
Why is Lifetime Earned different from my balance?
Lifetime Earned adds up positive Crown activity over time. Your current balance also reflects spending and other recorded adjustments.
Do held Crowns count as available?
No. Held Crowns are excluded from the amount available for Entries. Ask Support about an unexpected hold if you can access your active account.
