Why Hasn't My Offer Credited Yet?

By LootLadder · Published · Updated

Your activity may still be awaiting verification, a requirement may need clarification, or the reward may need investigation. Completion is not the same as approval. Check the offer instructions, confirmations and Crown history before assuming what went wrong.

Completion and credit are different stages

A missing reward does not automatically mean you made a mistake. An offer can be complete from your point of view while its reward is still being verified. LootLadder needs a valid approval for your account before the approved Crowns can be credited.

The most useful first step is to work out what has actually been confirmed: that you opened the offer, completed its activity, received reward approval, or have a recorded Crown credit. Those are different points in the journey.

Work through this checklist

1. Check what the offer required

Return to the instructions you saved or can still access. Compare them with the activity you completed. Look for any remaining step, eligibility condition or deadline stated by that offer.

Do not assume the instructions for another offer apply to yours. If a requirement is unclear, include that uncertainty in your Support request. You do not need to guess at the cause before asking for help.

2. Distinguish completion from approval

A confirmation from the offer's website or app can be useful evidence of completion, but it may not say that the reward has finished verification. Read the wording carefully and retain a copy.

Likewise, Started on Earn means you opened the offer. It does not confirm that the reward was approved. LootLadder cannot show spendable Crowns solely because an offer was opened.

3. Check the offer's stated timing

If the offer gave an expected verification period, compare that with when you completed its requirements. LootLadder does not guarantee a universal credit time, so there is no reliable rule that every missing reward is late after the same number of minutes or days.

If no timing was supplied, do not invent one. How Long Do Sponsored Offer Rewards Take? explains the separate stages.

4. Look at Crown history

From Earn, select Earning history, or open Crown history. Check the recorded descriptions, dates and amounts, including older pages if needed.

A change in your current balance may also reflect Crowns spent on Entries. Check individual activity instead of relying only on your memory of the balance. XP is separate and cannot substitute for a Crown credit.

5. Note any interruption

If a page failed to load, a link stopped working, you changed devices, or the journey was interrupted, record what happened. These details may help Support investigate whether the activity could be connected to your LootLadder account. They do not establish the cause on their own.

Do not repeatedly restart the offer to force a reward. Keep the original evidence and ask for help if you are uncertain about the next step.

What to keep for Support

A clear timeline is more useful than a long complaint with no activity details. Keep:

  • The offer name and the requirements you were shown.
  • When you started and when you believe you completed it, including your time zone.
  • The steps you completed and the reward you expected.
  • Any completion or approval confirmation and relevant screenshots for your records.
  • A description of interruptions, error messages or differences between the offer and Crown history.

Do not share passwords, sign-in codes, payment details or unrelated personal information. The current Support form accepts a written message; it does not have a screenshot upload field. Keep screenshots yourself and describe the relevant visible text in your message.

When to contact Support

Use reward Support if the offer's stated period has passed, a reward appears approved but no Crown change is recorded, the instructions or status conflict, or you cannot work out what to do next. Choose the offer-issue category and include the facts above.

Support requires sign-in to an active account. Keep follow-up information in the same private conversation so the history remains together. A Support request allows the issue to be reviewed; it does not guarantee that an unapproved reward will be credited or establish a fixed resolution time.

Frequently asked questions

Does a missing reward mean I did something wrong?

No. Missing credit alone does not identify a cause. Verification may still be pending, or the activity may need investigation.

Should I complete the offer again?

Do not repeat the activity simply to force a credit. Check the original instructions and records, then ask Support if the next step is unclear.

Can I upload screenshots to Support?

The current form accepts written messages and has no screenshot upload field. Keep screenshots for your records and describe the relevant confirmation or error text.

What if the reward says approved but my Crowns are missing?

Check Crown history, retain the approval wording and dates, and open an offer-issue Support request from your active account. Do not include sensitive sign-in or payment information.

Does opening a Support request guarantee credit?

No. Support can investigate the details, but a request is not approval of the reward and has no fixed resolution time promised here.
