How Sponsored Offers Work

By LootLadder · Published · Updated

Start through Earn, follow the specific offer’s requirements and wait for sponsor verification. After LootLadder receives and processes a valid approved reward for your account, Crowns and XP are awarded.

A Sponsored Offer has requirements and an approval step

A Sponsored Offer is an activity presented through LootLadder's Earn screen with requirements you need to follow to qualify for a reward. You choose whether to start it. Completing the activity and receiving the approved reward are separate steps.

You may see the general industry term “offerwall” used for a collection of these activities. On LootLadder, the product terminology is Sponsored Offers, and Earn is where you begin.

Choose an offer from Earn

Sign in to an active LootLadder account and open Earn. Offers can vary by device and location, and availability can change. If the page has no suitable offer for you, that does not mean a reward is waiting to be claimed.

Before starting, read the offer's own instructions. Check the activity required, any eligibility conditions, and any stated deadline or reward timing. Where an offer has its own terms or costs, make sure you understand them before proceeding. LootLadder does not make every offer suitable for every person.

Keep the offer name and a copy of the instructions for your own records. This is especially useful if you return to an activity over more than one session.

Follow the offer's requirements

Starting an offer can take you to a separate website or app. Follow the route and instructions presented for that offer. Opening its page is only the beginning; it does not establish that all reward requirements have been completed.

If the journey is interrupted, note what happened and where you stopped. Keep any completion confirmation. Do not assume that repeating an activity will produce a second reward, or that starting again is the right fix for a missing first reward.

The Earn screen's Started wording means that you opened the Sponsored Offer. It is not a promise that the reward has been approved.

The sponsor verifies completion

The sponsor checks the activity against the offer's requirements. A completion message may confirm something you did without confirming that the reward has finished verification.

During this stage, an expected reward may still be pending. LootLadder does not publish one approval deadline that covers every Sponsored Offer. Use any timing given by the specific offer as context, and keep a record of it rather than relying on another user's experience with a different activity.

Approval reaches LootLadder

LootLadder needs to receive a valid reward approval associated with your account and successfully process it. Approved offer rewards add Crowns and award XP through the product. Pending or rejected rewards are not spendable Crowns.

These two values have different uses: Crowns can be spent on Raffle Entries, while XP contributes to progression and cannot be spent. What Are Crowns? explains the distinction and where to check your balance.

Check the credited reward

Use Earning history on Earn to reach Crown history. Look for the recorded reward and its date and amount. The screen records Crown activity; it is not a complete live view of the sponsor's verification process.

If you cannot find a reward, avoid treating its absence as proof that you did something wrong. Approval may still be pending, some requirement may need clarification, or the journey may need investigation. Use Why Hasn't My Offer Credited Yet? to organise the facts before contacting Support.

Decide what to do with your Crowns

Once Crowns are available, you can browse Raffles, check each prize and its Entry cost, and decide whether to enter. Completing an offer does not automatically enter you into a Raffle. Entry purchases are a separate action, and a prize is never guaranteed by completing an offer or buying Entries.

Frequently asked questions

Why do available offers differ?

Offer availability can vary by device and location and can change over time. Use the offers currently shown to your account.

Does Started mean my reward is approved?

No. Started means you opened the offer. It does not confirm completion or reward approval.

Is there one approval time for all offers?

No universal credit time is promised. Read the timing stated by the specific offer where it provides one.

What should I keep before completing an offer?

Keep its name, requirements, relevant dates and any completion confirmation. Do not share passwords or unrelated personal information with Support.
