How Long Do Sponsored Offer Rewards Take?

By LootLadder · Published · Updated

There is no universal reward time. Completing an offer, sponsor approval, approval reaching LootLadder and the Crown credit are separate stages. Check the specific offer’s instructions and your recorded Crown activity.

There is no single reward time for every offer

Sponsored Offer rewards depend on the offer's requirements and approval process. Finishing an activity is not necessarily the moment its reward is approved, and an approval must reach LootLadder and be processed successfully before Crowns appear in your account.

LootLadder does not promise that all rewards arrive within a fixed number of minutes, hours or days. Use the specific offer's own timing information where it provides any. If it does not, avoid treating a guess or someone else's experience as a deadline.

The stages behind a reward

Stage What it means Are these Crowns available yet?
Offer opened You started the journey from Earn. No reward is earned just by opening it.
Activity completed You believe you have met the requirements. Completion still needs reward verification.
Reward approved The sponsor has approved the qualifying activity. LootLadder still needs a valid approval for your account.
Reward credited LootLadder has successfully processed the approved reward. The Crown change appears in your account history.

These are explanations of the journey, not a promise that every stage has its own live status screen. Crown history shows recorded Crown changes; it does not show every action taken on an external website or app.

Completing the activity

Start by checking the offer's instructions. The time you opened an offer and the time you completed all of its requirements may be different. If the offer describes a waiting period, read what starts that period rather than assuming it begins with the first click.

Keep the dates and any completion confirmation. That lets you describe the sequence clearly if the reward later needs investigation. How Sponsored Offers Work covers the full journey from Earn.

Waiting for sponsor approval

The sponsor checks whether the reward requirements have been met. A page that confirms an action, such as completing a step, does not always confirm reward approval.

While approval is pending, the expected amount is not available to spend on Entries. Refreshing LootLadder or opening the offer repeatedly does not replace verification. It is reasonable to check the status, but repeated attempts are not a reliable way to speed it up.

Approval and credit on LootLadder

After a valid approved reward reaches LootLadder for your account, the product processes the Crown credit and XP award. There is no extra user claim button for a normal approved Sponsored Offer reward.

This is not a guarantee that processing can never be delayed or that every apparent approval can be credited without review. If a confirmation appears to say the reward is approved but the Crown change is missing, keep that confirmation and ask Support to investigate.

Where to check

Open Crown history, also available through Earning history on Earn. Review the descriptions, dates and amounts of recorded activity. Looking at the current balance alone can be misleading if you have spent Crowns on Raffle Entries since the reward arrived.

XP is progression and is shown separately in the product. It is not spendable currency and should not be counted as a missing or replacement Crown balance.

When waiting becomes a support question

Contact Support if the offer's stated period has passed, you have conflicting completion and approval information, or you need clarification because no useful timing was given. Support is available while signed in to an active account.

Include the offer name, dates, what you completed and the wording of any confirmation. Follow the checklist in Why Hasn't My Offer Credited Yet? to avoid leaving out useful context. Neither approval nor a Support response has a universal completion time promised here.

Frequently asked questions

Does the clock start when I open an offer?

Not necessarily. Follow any timing and starting point stated by that offer. Opening it does not establish that its requirements are complete.

Do I need to claim an approved offer reward manually?

Normal approved Sponsored Offer rewards are credited automatically when a valid approval is successfully processed. There is no separate user claim step for that reward.

Will refreshing Earn make verification faster?

No. Refreshing a page does not replace sponsor verification or approve a reward.

When should I ask for help?

Ask Support if the offer’s stated period has passed, the confirmations conflict with Crown history, or you need clarification about timing. Include the offer name and relevant dates.
