How LootLadder Works

The LootLadder loop

LootLadder connects Sponsored Offers with prize Raffles. You choose an offer, complete its requirements, and wait for the reward to be approved. A valid approved reward adds Crowns to your account. You can then spend available Crowns on Raffle Entries for a chance to win a prize.

The sequence matters: opening an offer is not the same as completing it, and completing it is not the same as receiving approval. You do not need to enter a Raffle immediately after earning Crowns. You can check your balance and browse the available prizes first.

1. Choose a Sponsored Offer

Open Earn while signed in to an active account. The offers available to you can vary by device and location. Read the requirements for the specific offer before deciding to start it.

An offer may take you outside LootLadder to complete the activity. Keep its name and instructions so you can check what was required later. Only start activities you understand and want to complete; there is no need to rush through unfamiliar terms.

2. Wait for approval and check your Crowns

The sponsor checks whether the offer's requirements have been met. LootLadder then needs to receive and successfully process a valid approval for your account before the approved Crowns are added.

There is no single credit time that applies to every offer. An activity that appears complete elsewhere may still be awaiting reward approval. Reopening Earn does not approve an offer or speed up that check.

Use Earning history on Earn to open your Crown history. That screen shows recorded Crown changes, dates, amounts and the balance after each change. It is a history of account activity, not a live checklist of every step you have taken outside LootLadder.

3. Use Crowns for Raffle Entries

Browse Raffles and open a prize that interests you. The Raffle page shows its Crown cost per Entry, timing, your Entries and any per-user limit. When Entries are open, choose a quantity and check the total Crown cost before submitting.

LootLadder checks your available Crowns and the Raffle's entry limits when you submit. A successful purchase deducts the required Crowns and records your Entries together. See How Raffle Entries Work before your first purchase.

4. Return for the result

An Entry gives you participation in that Raffle; it does not guarantee a prize. Once Entries close, the outcome appears on the Raffle page when available. The closing time and the time a result becomes available are not necessarily the same moment.

You can also explore public results on Winners. Public winner displays respect profile visibility, so some players may be shown without a public identity.

Where XP fits

XP is progression, not currency. Approved Sponsored Offer rewards can also award XP, which contributes to your level. You cannot spend XP on Raffle Entries or use it in place of Crowns.

If something does not look right

Start with the specific activity: the offer you completed, the Crown change you expected, or the Raffle you entered. Check the relevant page and keep the dates and visible details. For a missing offer reward, use the credit-check checklist before opening a private Support request.
