How Raffle Entries Work

Entries are bought with available Crowns

A Raffle Entry is your recorded participation in a particular LootLadder Raffle. You choose the Raffle and quantity, then spend the required Crowns. Completing a Sponsored Offer does not automatically place Entries for you.

Entries are tied to your account and the Raffle you entered. They offer a chance to win a prize, not a guarantee. Read the individual Raffle page before deciding to spend Crowns.

Browse a Raffle before entering

Open Raffles and select a prize. Its page shows the Entry cost in Crowns, its timing and status, your recorded Entries, total Entries and any per-user limit.

A Raffle that is visible is not necessarily open for new Entries. It may be upcoming, closed, completed or cancelled. Use its current status and entry area rather than assuming every listed prize can be entered now.

Choose a quantity and check the total

When the Raffle is open and your active account has enough available Crowns, use the quantity control in the entry area. The total Crown cost changes with the number of Entries selected.

For example, if a Raffle displayed a cost of 10 Crowns per Entry, three Entries would cost 30 Crowns. This is only an arithmetic example; always use the cost displayed on the actual Raffle.

Before you submit, check:

• The prize and Raffle title are the ones you intended.
• The quantity and total Crown cost are correct.
• The purchase fits any per-user limit, including Entries you already hold.
• The Raffle is still open and has capacity for the quantity requested.
• You have enough available Crowns, rather than relying on pending rewards or lifetime totals.

Limits are checked again on submission

A Raffle can have a per-user cap and an overall entry cap. “No set cap” in the per-user field refers to that limit; it does not mean the Raffle cannot close or run out of remaining capacity.

The product checks the current balance, timing and entry limits when you submit. Other activity can change availability while you are looking at the page. If a purchase is rejected, read the message and check the current details before deciding whether to try again.

An account restriction can also prevent entry. You need an active account to purchase Entries.

Crowns are deducted and Entries are recorded

A successful purchase records the required Crown deduction and the Entries together. The Raffle page's Your entries figure shows your recorded participation, and Crown history shows the spending activity.

If you are unsure whether a submission completed, check those records before making a new purchase. Choosing a quantity on the screen is not itself a purchase confirmation.

What happens after Entries close

Once a Raffle closes, it stops accepting new Entries. Its outcome appears on the Raffle page when available. A closed entry window does not by itself mean the result has already been published.

Public results may also appear on Winners. Some winner identities remain private according to profile visibility. This guide explains participation and recorded results; it does not describe or make promises about winner-selection methods.

If a Raffle is cancelled, its page identifies that status and eligible Crown refunds are handled by the product's refund process. Do not assume a cancellation is a completed prize result. Check Crown history and contact Support from an active account if a Raffle purchase or refund needs clarification.
