What to Do If a Sponsored Offer Is Pending
By LootLadder · Published · Updated
Pending does not automatically mean failed. Check the requirements, completion evidence and any stated approval period. Avoid repeating or restarting the activity to force a status change, and use the official Support route when the next step is unclear.
Pending is a stage to check, not a reason to restart
A pending Sponsored Offer does not automatically mean it failed. You may have completed the activity while its reward is still awaiting verification. Check the specific requirements and any stated approval period, preserve your evidence and avoid repeating the activity unless the instructions explicitly require another step.
There is no universal wait time that applies to every offer. A deadline or Support policy from a different platform should not be treated as LootLadder's rule.
Identify what “pending” refers to
The word may appear on a reward platform, an advertiser's page or an explanation of reward stages. Read the surrounding text. Does it describe an action you submitted, the reward's approval or a later redemption step?
LootLadder's Earn screen explains Started, Reward pending and Reward approved. That explanation is not a live status record for every external step you take. Crown history records actual Crown changes, so absence from it does not tell you which verification step remains.
Compare your activity with the requirements
Use the offer instructions you saved. Identify the exact milestone, eligibility and any deadline. A general completion screen can be useful, but it may refer to a different step from the one required for the reward.
If something is unfinished, follow the original legitimate instructions where they are clear. If the wording conflicts with the status, ask for clarification. You do not need to decide who is at fault before opening a useful Support request.
Check dates without inventing a deadline
Record when you started and when you believe all requirements were completed. If the offer states a verification period, check what starts it. Opening an offer and completing its qualifying activity can happen at different times.
If no timing was supplied, do not assume it must match another offer. How Long Do Sponsored Offer Rewards Take? separates activity completion, sponsor approval and the credited reward without promising a fixed duration.
Keep a compact evidence record
| Keep | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Offer name and instructions | Identifies the activity and required outcome |
| Start/completion dates | Establishes the sequence |
| Confirmation wording | Distinguishes completion from approval |
| Relevant milestone screenshot | Records the visible progress |
| Interruptions or device changes | Adds context without guessing the cause |
Keep evidence private and relevant. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials or unrelated conversations. A screenshot helps explain what you saw, but does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
Avoid changes that create a new problem
Do not repeatedly reopen or restart an activity just to change its status. Reinstalling an app, clearing stored data or using a different account may alter the circumstances without repairing the original journey. An introductory offer does not become repeatable because its first reward is pending.
If the original instructions explicitly require another step, distinguish that from trying random fixes. Ask through the official route if you cannot tell which action is appropriate.
Consider tracking only when the facts make it relevant
A page interruption, a browser change or a network change can be useful context. It is not proof of the cause. Privacy settings also do not establish whether the sponsor has finished verifying the activity.
Read browser privacy and offer tracking if your journey involved private browsing or blocked content. Use the VPN guide for location or network-context questions. Neither guide recommends bypassing eligibility or turning off all protections.
Check LootLadder's recorded reward
From Earn, open Earning history to reach Crown history. Review the descriptions, dates and amounts. Your current balance alone may be misleading if you have spent Crowns on Entries since an earlier credit.
Valid approved Sponsored Offer rewards are processed into Crowns and XP. Pending rewards are not available Crowns, and XP is progression rather than spendable currency. Do not plan an Entry purchase around a reward that has not been credited.
When to ask Support
Use Support if the offer's stated period has passed, the visible confirmations conflict, or you need clarification about the next step. Choose the offer-issue category and give a concise timeline. Keep updates in the same conversation rather than opening repeated requests for the same activity.
LootLadder's Support form requires an active signed-in account and accepts written messages, not screenshot uploads. Keep images yourself and describe the relevant text. The form is not accessible to restricted accounts, and this guide does not invent another contact route.
For a wider diagnostic checklist, read Why Hasn't My Offer Credited Yet?. A request enables investigation; it is not a guarantee of credit or a promised resolution date.
Frequently asked questions
How long should I wait?
Use the specific offer’s stated timing where available. There is no universal wait period in this guide, and another service’s deadline is not LootLadder policy.
Should I restart the activity?
Not just because it is pending. Follow any explicit remaining step in the original instructions and ask for clarification before trying unrelated fixes.
Can I spend a pending LootLadder reward?
No. An expected reward is not available Crowns. A valid approved reward must be processed before the credit appears.
Can I attach screenshots to LootLadder Support?
The current form accepts written messages and has no screenshot upload field. Keep images yourself and describe the relevant confirmation or error text.
Can restricted accounts use the Support form?
No. It requires an active signed-in account. This guide does not add an alternative contact route or promise a review duration.
