Install LootLadder on Your Phone

Keep LootLadder close

Install LootLadder for quick access from your Home Screen. Open it to explore Sponsored Offers, check your Crowns and browse Raffles. Your account stays the same; sign in again if asked. You still need an internet connection for current rewards and account activity.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open LootLadder in Safari.
2. Tap Share. Depending on your layout, this may be inside the browser’s menu.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then confirm Add. If asked, keep Open as Web App enabled.
4. Open LootLadder from its new Home Screen icon.

Safari uses these manual steps rather than an automatic install popup. If the action is missing, check the Share sheet’s available actions. See Apple’s Home Screen instructions for current device guidance.

Android

Open LootLadder in a supported browser. Choose its Install or Add to Home Screen option when available, then follow the confirmation steps. The wording and menu location vary by browser and device.

After installation, use the LootLadder icon on your Home Screen or app launcher. Google’s web app help explains the Chrome options.

Choose whether to enable notifications

Installing does not enable notifications. They are optional and depend on your device, browser and whether LootLadder can offer them in that context.

On iPhone or iPad, open the installed Home Screen app before checking notification support. In Profile & Settings, find Browser notifications. If Enable notifications is available, tap it and choose whether to allow the browser’s permission request. You can keep using LootLadder without allowing it.

Selected updates and reminders can include offer, Raffle and streak activity. Manage optional categories in Profile & Settings, and use Disable notifications to turn off this browser’s subscription. Category choices never grant browser permission. Important account and security messages, wins, refunds and Support replies remain governed by LootLadder’s existing delivery rules; they do not override your device permission.

If installation or notifications are unavailable

• Open the site directly in Safari or another supported browser, rather than inside a social or messaging app.
• Check whether LootLadder is already installed and try its Home Screen icon.
• Update your browser and device software. Menu names and supported features can differ.
• If you previously blocked notifications, review this site or app in your browser or device notification settings.
• LootLadder’s install reminder appears contextually, so its absence does not prevent using your browser’s own install option.

If Browser notifications says it is unavailable, use LootLadder normally and check again later. Installation cannot guarantee notification support.

Remove LootLadder

Use your device’s normal remove or uninstall action for the LootLadder icon or installed app. This removes that installation, not your LootLadder account. You can continue using the website or install it again later.
